Death

Death is a big thing with food.  There's just no getting around it.  Here at the CIA, we're surrounded by it in every class...and we have to get used to it.  You don't merely have to filet a fish...you chop off goat heads, you hack apart cod heads with a cleaver, you finely cut apart the body of a duck, you rip apart every bit of a squid.
